1. What we collect

Account information: your email address. If you register with email, we store a salted hash of your password (PBKDF2) — never plain text. If you sign in with Google, we obtain and store only your email address.
Content you create: the strategy idea text you enter, the strategy specifications (parameter configurations) generated from it, backtest results, and generated EA files.
Transaction records: your credit grant/spend ledger and top-up records. Sensitive payment details such as card numbers are handled by our payment processor; we never touch or store them.
Basic logs: access logs necessary for service security and troubleshooting.

2. How your strategy ideas are handled (the important part)

Your strategy is yours. We understand a trading strategy may be your most sensitive asset, so:

Your strategy ideas, specifications and backtest results are fully private by default — never shown to any other user, never displayed on any public page.
We do not sell your strategy data and do not use it to train our own or any third party's AI models.
The example strategies shown on the website are official templates and do not come from any user's work.
Operations staff access your data only when you actively request technical support, or when strictly necessary to diagnose a system fault.

One thing you should know: the "AI flowchart generation" feature sends the strategy idea text you enter to the API of a third-party large-model provider (one of Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google) for translation. That transmission is governed by the corresponding provider's privacy terms; under their API data policies, API inputs are by default not used to train their models. If you prefer your idea never to leave this platform, skip AI translation entirely: start from a template and edit it by hand on the flowchart — on that path your idea is not sent to any third party.

3. Cookies and tracking

We use: ① a session cookie (httponly) to keep you signed in; ② Google Analytics (GA4) for anonymous statistics about page views and feature usage, which helps us improve the product — it does not read your strategy content, and we do not use it for advertising or cross-site tracking. You may block analytics scripts with a browser privacy extension without affecting normal use. Beyond that, we use no third-party advertising scripts.

Email subscription (optional): subscribers to our product newsletter receive free monthly credits (valid for flowcharts and backtests only). Your email address is used solely for this site's product communications and is never shared with third parties; you can unsubscribe with one click in the dashboard at any time, and credits already granted remain yours.

4. Data retention and deletion

Account data is retained while you use the service. You may contact us at any time ([email protected]) to request account deletion; we will delete your account and all strategy data within 30 days (except payment records we are legally required to keep).

5. Data security

Passwords are stored as salted PBKDF2 hashes; session credentials are random tokens with expiry; the database is not exposed to the public internet. No system can guarantee absolute security — if a data breach occurs, we will notify affected users promptly.
